My Design Priorties

01

Safety First

By taking proactive steps towards childproofing your interior spaces, you not only protect your loved ones from harm but also create a nurturing environment where they can grow and explore safely. Together, we can ensure that your home remains a sanctuary where peace of mind coexists with joyful moments shared with your precious little ones.

In addition to offering practical advice on safety measures, I am SIDS trained, equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to address risks associated with sudden infant death syndrome. Your family's well-being is my priority, and I am committed to helping you navigate the process of safeguarding your home against potential dangers or emergencies.

03

Developmentally Appropiate

Ensuring that children experience the world with magic and wonder while also meeting them at their developmental stage is crucial for their growth and success. By choosing materials that align with their current abilities and interests, we can help them navigate through various stages of development with confidence.

With a deep understanding of cognitive processes, emotional needs, and physical capabilities at different ages, I am dedicated to crafting environments that support holistic development in children. Trust me to bring both expertise and passion to every project, ensuring that each space is not just designed but truly nurtured with care for the young minds it serves.

02

Function and Storage

Remember that creating a safe and whimsical space for children is not just about aesthetics; it's about fostering an environment where they can thrive, learn responsibility, and feel secure.

Not only does decluttering contribute to a more serene atmosphere at home, but it also helps prevent accidents and promotes safety for children. By creating designated spaces for different items and teaching kids how to tidy up after themselves, we instill important life skills that will benefit them in the long run.

04

Material Selection & Durability

Drawing from my extensive experience in curating materials for esteemed early childhood centers along the east coast, I have honed a deep understanding of selecting durable and child-friendly items. Beyond durability, my expertise lies in choosing materials that not only withstand the rigors of young learners but also foster creativity and spark wonder.

Do you offer services virtually?

Embrace the convenience and creativity that online shopping styled packages offer in transforming your living space into a personalized sanctuary that reflects your unique style and personality.

How involved in the process do I need to be?

The design process is not just about creating a beautiful space, it's about transforming a vision into a reality. As the designer, I understand the importance of collaboration and trust between the client and the designer. Once we establish the concept and budget, some clients choose to entrust me with complete creative control.

What if I am unhappy with your designs?

At Styled to Grow, we take pride in truly understanding your needs and preferences. I make it a point to prioritize getting to know you and your family - what you love, what you don't, and what truly makes your space feel like home.

My unique design concept is crafted based on the insights gathered during our consultation call, design plan phase, and the design plan brief. It's all about tailoring every detail to suit your style and vision.

I believe in keeping you involved every step of the way to ensure that the end result exceeds your expectations. Your satisfaction is my top priority!

Is there a contract?

Yes, having a contract in place for Styled to Grow projects is essential. It sets clear expectations for both the designer and the client, ensuring that everyone is on the same page from the beginning.

Is hiring a designer expensive?

When it comes to interior designers, pricing can vary depending on their experience and location. You'll find designers at different price points, so there's something for everyone. At Styled to Grow, I take pride in providing top-notch child development services. With over 14 years of experience in early childhood development, I bring a unique expertise that could truly benefit your family. Remember, when you invest in an experienced designer, you're not just paying for a stunning end result - you're also investing in your own peace of mind.

How do you charge?

I charge an hourly design fee, and I also charge for the supplies purchased for the package you select. It's important to be transparent about these costs upfront so that there are no surprises later on. By charging an hourly design fee, I ensure that you are only paying for the time and effort I put into your project. I can provide a sample invoice during the consultation.

Do you charge for your first meeting?

I do charge for the first meeting, but if you choose to book a package, I will credit you back the consultation fee. This initial fee helps ensure that both parties are committed to the process and value each other's time. It also allows us to delve deeper into your needs and goals right from the start, setting a solid foundation for our future work together.
